360° Individual Feedback Surveys

Web Footed Friends will help you customize your survey questions or provide you access to our library of over 100 categories and hundreds of questions. We will then execute the survey by distributing surveys, collecting responses and preparing your written report of survey feedback.

You can choose between paper & pencil or email questionnaires. An added feature of this survey is the Individual Development Plan report which provides the survey subject with specific development steps based on training recommendations that are generic or tailored to your organization’s training support.

Organizational Surveys

Design your own survey or use our extensive library to elicit the feedback you want. Respondents can rate statements or answer questions in their own words. You may design a combination of both.
